No hardcopy publication has been found, so the name is not established (Brickell et al., 2016, Art. 27.1). The two listings refer to different cultivars, Tradescantia pallida ‘Purple Pixie’ and Tradescantia zebrina ‘Burgundy’, so the name cannot be linked with a single specific plant. Not to be confused with: Tradescantia pallida ‘Purple Heart’, an established synonym for another cultivar. |
