Correct nameTradescantia spathacea ‘Vittata’.
Name statusEstablished synonym, another published name for the cultivar correctly called Tradescantia spathacea ‘Vittata’.

Established with a description by Nanz & Neuner (1888, p. 50). Because it was published before 1959, the Latin name can be established (Brickell et al., 2016, Art. 21.11).

The earlier and more widely-used Tradescantia spathacea ‘Vittata’ is now the accepted name for the cultivar.
