Correct name

Tradescantia ‘Albovittata’.

Name status

Not established, an unpublished invalid name used to sell the cultivar Tradescantia ‘Albovittata’. Listed online by Camelia y Lavanda (2022). No hardcopy publication has been found, so the name is not established (Brickell et al., 2016, Art. 27.1). The established and widely-used name Tradescantia ‘Albovittata’ is now accepted for this cultivar. Not to be confused with: Tradescantia (Andersoniana Group) ‘Blanca’, the accepted name for a different cultivar.
