Correct name

Tradescantia spathacea ‘Dwarf’.

Name status

Not established, an invalid unpublished name used to sell the cultivar Tradescantia spathacea ‘Dwarf’. Listed online with photos by Glasshouse Works (2014). No hardcopy publication has been found, so the name is not established (Brickell et al., 2016, Art. 27.1). The established name ‘Dwarf’ is now accepted for this cultivar. Not to be confused with: Tradescantia virginiana ‘Nana’, an established synonym for a different cultivar.
