Name statusEstablished synonym, another published name for the cultivar Tradescantia zebrina ‘Quadricolor’.

Established with a description by Pynaert (1879, p. 169).

The name can also be spelled ‘Multicolor Madame Lequesne’ (Brickell et al., 2016, Art. 35.9).

The later name ‘Quadricolor’ has become the most widely used, and is now the accepted name for the cultivar.
