‘Azurea’

Details

Full nameTradescantia (Andersoniana Group) ‘Azurea’.
Name statusAccepted, the valid name for a unique cultivar.

The name has been spelled ‘Azureo’ (Booth, 1842, p. 70) and ‘Azureis’ (Nagels, 1937, p. 58). The spelling is corrected to ‘Azurea’ to match the grammatical gender in Latin (Brickell et al., 2016, Art. 21.8).
